30-day money-back guarantee

Horizon Pro is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address on your receipt, or
  2. Email us at support@horizonhealthtracker.com with your order reference and we will forward the request to Paddle.

You will typically receive a decision within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Cancellations

You can cancel your Horizon Pro subscription at any time from the app or via the Paddle customer portal linked from your receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
